Purpose of data recording

• For the conclusion and execution of the agreement. For example, to search for the most appropriate kandida(s) based on your profile in the best-fitting candidate and to show your profile in the search result of other members.
• If you have purchased a paid service or product, to invoice.

• To send you a newsletter, user information, service message or other (electronic) message.
• To show you targeted advertisements, such as an advertisement of a product or service that Sugar arrangement suggests you are interested in based on the data it processes.

The information known about you can also be used by Suikerararararar arrangement on an anonymous basis for the analytical purposes. Verified Members

If you sign up for Verified Member status on Suikerararararhagen.nl, you give Suikerararbouting permission to match your name, date of birth and photo on the copy of the photo(s) provided by you, particular identification as specified in your profile. In order to be able to perform this check – even after registration – you authorize Suikerar arrangement to keep the provided copy of your ID, as long as you are registered as an Verified Member. Within 1 month after the expiration of your Verified Member Membership, the relevant copy of your identity document will be destroyed by Sugar Arrangement. Upon re-enrolment, you must provide a copy of a valid proof of identity again.

Providing data to third parties

Your data (other than the data that is part of your Profile) will not be provided by Suikerarararararararar arrangement to third parties without your explicit consent, except as follows. It is possible that Suikerar arrangement is required by applicable laws and regulations to provide certain information, for example to the police in the context of an investigation. Sugar arrangement will only provide information in these cases if it is clear that there is a legal obligation to provide. Finally, Suikerar arrangement may pass on your data to third parties, for example if a third party is of the opinion that there are unlawful expressions or actions on one of the websites of Sugar Arrangement.
